Quality Inn Marquette

I asked to switch rooms once checked in and settled (highway noise that would have kept me from sleeping) The staff was helpful and understanding. Coudn't have responded better. I've never asked to switch rooms.

The bath towels were too small and the shower head was fixed, like in a prison.

Our room had bed bugs. Still have not gotten a refund.

On the main noisy highway. Old hotel and room stunk.

The continental breakfast was good with multiple selections. Beds were comfortable.

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they were able to keep up with the craziness of all the people in the room.

Our room was musty from the AC. Galloway carpets I am sure are clean, just a very poor color choice as it looks dirty.

Side exit to parking lot door does not lock. This door did not lock when we stayed here previously either.

Front desk staff are great. Good hot breakfast. Very good value.

Hot tub was not hot.

Pets are welcome and the pet area was clean! It is minutes away from downtown and the hospital.

Pool was not heated, ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor. Also no elvator in the hotel, only stairs

Some staff made a bad mistake giving out room key access to other guests allowing them to come into our room late at night. Safety concerns.

The side entrance did not lock. Anyone could come in with out a without a key card

Wonderful pool, hot tub and sauna area! Great breakfast including eggs, sausage and waffles. Very clean and updated hotel with good rates.

Our room had a funny odor and dampness that seemed to persist. It was still clean and comfortable however.

The noise. The rooms are not well insulatedand I heard people walking above me in the hall and outside.

The best thing about this Hotel was the staff, they were hard working and very friendly. I would always see them busy, cleaning up the breakfast area, the grounds and the common areas.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not horrible. The location was about a mile from the water and nothing within walking distance except a grocery store.

The woman working the desk when we arrived was wonderful.

We had a huge bug on the wall, I was bit by something in the night on my ankle and the cleaning staff used their key and came in our room at 9:00am
