Location & price & they had a box fan for us to use
Small TV, mediocre breakfast, crappy mattress & pillows
The view from room 501! The room was beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer. We sat on the porch after sunset and just listened and watched as people went by. I'm
Location. Value. Vintage charm. Staff friendliness. Breakfast. Baggage services. Elevator. Flower displays. Housekeeping friendly & professionalism.
Walks pretty thin. Common areas required some maintenance (furniture repairs, painting, ceiling repairs). TV not user friendly. Cocktail service desired.

Coffee was watery No waffles, pancakes, bacon or sausage and no hot eggs.
The location, which was close to town but still easy walking distance. The front porch was comfortable.

Classic Victorian rooms but with a large modern hot tub and a wrap-around porch to sit on
Overly soft beds, very loose electrical outlets in odd locations. No USB outlets at bedside (or anywhere) so bring your own
