Absolutely the best hotel ! Staff is so friendly and AMERICAN. They remember their returning guests and treat them as family. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is hot and plentiful. I had 2 very minor issues in the bathroom, and they were fixed immediately.

Absolutely the best hotel ! Staff is so friendly and AMERICAN. They remember their returning guests and treat them as family. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is hot and plentiful. I had 2 very minor issues in the bathroom, and they were fixed immediately.

REFLECTS IS THE BEST EATING JOINT IN TOWN. BREAKFAST AND DINER WERE BOTH DELUXE. THE FREE SHUTTLE VAN DOWNTOWN IS A DOUBLE PLUS. IT SAVES HAVING TO HUNT 30 MINUETS TO PARK DOWNTOWN ON A BUSY NIGHT. THE SHUITTLE BUS DRIVER IS THE MAN.. THE BEST!
