The staff and room amenities were excellent! Lovely outdoor hot tub, great breakfast
Friendly staff
Very pleasantly surprised at the entire experience. Rooms very large, breakfast just fine and staff very friendly. On main drag in Gaylord.

Cons -

I could REALLY do without people having dogs there, especially on the lobby furniture, eating from kids? breakfast plates. They?re only supposed to be on the main floor, but someone felt the need to ride up the elevator with theirs.
Do not visit this hotel when the kids are on break running up and down the hall after quiet time lack of good parenting
The second top sheet on the bed was very yellowed.
