The staff were friendly, pool area was clean and well kept.

Shower head was to short for tall people and the air conditioner was making weird noises

The front desk was extremely kind and very helpful for all of our needs.

The last time I saw toilets this small was in grade school. If you have any kind of knee or hip problems. You may want to stay someplace else. I have arthritis in my hips. So it was a nightmare! Handicap bars would have been a great help!!!!

Great play area for kids and they have really cleaned up the childrens pool.

We were really looking forward to using the hot tub, but due to renovations the hot tub was out of order.

Cold pool, no hot tub, paint stuff (tape on everything) room cold when we got there ,really peppery sausage on Sunday

The hotel really needs work. The rooms need upgrading - falling plaster, painting upgrades - The exterior needs help. The entrances need to be cleaned on the exterior and interior.

Pool & hot tub were ?under maintenance NO WHERE did it specify this otherwise I wouldn?t have booked. Peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, broken things in the bathroom both the sink & the tub leaked water the play area was so dirty the kids couldn?t play on

The room was rough the floors were filthy the towels were stained there was rust on air conditioner and cobwebs it needs remodel the ice machine didn't work I didn't eat breakfast because I didn't trust the sanitary part of it. ?

Staff courteous at checkin but not when we requested a room change.

First room oppressive with humidity. Carpet was absolutely SOAKED! I was wearing socks which not only also got soaked but also turned black! Wanted to wash my hands and ALL the towels were damp. Floors were wet. Second room was drier. Floors damp.

It is a DUMP! Drugs being done in the lot, unclean, NO working ice machines, rude staff, except for the poor cook who cut her hand - therefore was unable to cook ANYTHING = NO BREAKFAST AT ALL, which was part of the pkg. Should be condemned!

Worst hotel I?ve ever stayed in. Dirty, stained sheets, no ice machine working, rude staff.?..

The pool area

Dirty and old, carpet in halls and stairs needs replaced, pricey for what it was

This hotel has an obnoxiously loud attached bar. Once we got keys, only one of the 4 worked. Rooms weren?t clean - in one, there was hair in the sink and stains on the bathroom floor, not to mention the dirty sheets. In the next, there was no bedding

Leaving, seriously the pool and recreation area is quite good.

The food was horrible. The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable.

The check-in process could be a little quicker. Having at least two desk clerks available during busy times would help.

Cleanliness and temp of the pool and hot tub was poor. Loose stairway carpeting, nightstand had a power strip on it to plug in alarm clock, slow flushing toilet where you have to hold down the lever to get it to flush fully, poor sink water pressure.

I walked into my room and it was not ready for me. It was stripped from the previous occupant but not cleaned. It then took 45 minutes for someone to move me to another room. I had the option to wait in the lobby, in the dirty room or in the hall.

The young lady that did my check out was extremely organized, and super nice.

Rooms need updated, mold in & around the heating/cooling unit. Not thoroughly cleaned AT ALL! Bathrooms need updated severely! Curtains have holes, both window and shower.
