- a worker at the front desk, she helped me immensely. My 18 year old son was there for a tournament with his coach and another player. She made sure to have them close to each other until my arrival.
- The young lady at the front desk when I checked in. She was very polite and friendly.

- Yes, I am a gold Hilton honors member and didn?t get to check out an hour later, dissatisfied!!!!
- Room had not been cleaned thoroughly, and they don't know about their own business.
- the pool needed updating. The paint was peeling off the side and floor of tgr pool. Pool pictures were misleading
