Cons -
- Thin walls; despite reserving a pricier room, insulation was so poor could barely get any sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, upper management was cold and unhelpful with resolving issues or even admitting to there being any.
- Bathroom toilet didn't drain
- The bed was so hard I left in the middle of the night.
