The price and location.

The room had used, dirty bedding and towels. My TV didn’t work, just static. There was feces on the toilet near the handle. When I called the front desk about all of this the lead staff member wouldn’t fix anything or move me to another room. No discount.

Nobody came to check if I needed towel or anything the 5 days I was there.

Cleanliness, very quiet, extremely close to work, the staff are great

Smelled, tv remote didnt work, bathroom very small and shower low water persure. Breakfast was a joke

Even though the hotel was a basic hotel, it was well kept and it was very clean.

Friendly staff

Unclean. Especially in the pool area, there were mushrooms growing from the wall by the spa. Generally very unclean. Broken hair dryer in our room. Broken toilet seat.

Just found out from a gentleman that was staying here has bed bugs and he's got bites all over him this might be our last time staying here

Kind of expensive compared to other hotels. I booked it 1 week in advance still rate was expensive

Again, I was put in a room that had been smoked in. It was late and thought I could just deal with it. Hardly slept my clothes even smelled. I should have demanded a changed, but was tired. They knew, but sold me the room anyway...

The stairs were quite dirty and dusty. The room was quite stale smelling, the shower had dirt in all of the corners of the shower and floor, the toilet seat was very loose.

The room was spacious, there was a great pool area and the staff were very accomodating. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and plenty of desk space and outlets. The location worked very well for our purposes.

The smoke detector had been taken out and not replaced. The tv didn't work, even after the staff person came up and reset it.

One of our rooms had no bath towels. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until the morning when we had to shower and get going.

Bathroom vents were dusty . Needs updating . One of my rooms had a missing vent in the bathroom which look like a hole in ceiling , toilet didn¿t flush properly . ( broken ) Way too expensive for what you pay for !!! Tv wasn¿t programmed /
