Pros +
- The staff was great, the room was clean and the kids loved the pool
- Comfort and great shower head.
- How clean it was and easy to access everything
Cons -
- the breakfast was not what i expected from Holiday inn
- Shower itself needs more cleans in the corners and door track. Cleaning staff were not distinguishable from guest in their clothing.
- The pool was down so we had to go next door, their was an issue with another guest and the worker into the morning decided to rant to my family about it when we were just trying to enjoy our breakfast and head on our way, also she ranted, but the pancake machine wasn’t working for like 20 mins until she finally fixed it.

Smells and looks clean! Staff was courteous and helpful! Breakfast was great!
I had to get moved to a new room after discovering that our door would not lock/latch, made me very uncomfortable so “I requested a new room and the gentleman agreed but did not assist us at all!
