Pros +
- I had to book another night due to a plane delay. The staff were very accommodating late at night.
- The 24 hour hot chocolate/coffee/ tea station was a delight after hours of outdoor fun in the Keweenaw.
- Cleanliness, good condition of everything.
Cons -
- The women at the front desk at check in had a very strong hair dye smell that was off putting.
- The bed was a little hard for me.
- The included breakfast was horrible and the same every day.
