Pros +

The staff very kind . Clean
clean, comfortable, very friendly staff
Clean room and updated nicely

Cons -

I was in a room that had had pets and was unaware.
no everything was wonderful
Hot tub was broken during my stay. Stuff happens. Kids running in the hall very loud until late at night keeping me awake. Man talking in the room next door made the walls seem very thin. Noise level kinda not expected

Spacious clean rooms and friendly staff

It could use a little more noise insulation. Children were running and playing in the hallway most of the evening.

The only hotel I could find in the area with an In suite jetted tub. It was awesome! Room was very spacious, jacuzzi was huge and surrounded by mirrors. Bed and bedding were super comfy and the free breakfast had a nice selection of various breakfast food

Good breakfast

Our room wasn't cleaned for the second day (don't know how it was missed). The bedspread had a blood stain on it. The floor carpet had a stain on it.

Modern look, not dirty, comfy beds

shower had soap scum, a hair on my towel and looks like shoddy construction on hooks and weird indentations on wall in bathroom

Brand new hotel. Everything was new and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had many options. Hotel Employee was very friendly at the front desk. Our room was very clean as were the common areas. Close to expressway, shopping and restaurants.

A little on the pricy side, but very comfortable !
