I can say nothing good about this motel

the mirror was dirty, no cups, the room had an odd smell. The young man who checked me in seemed bored. Also, they say there is coffee in the morning which is not true.thank goodness it was only one night.

Hotel needs to be updated. Weird smell, bathroom exhaust sounded like a lawnmower, AC/Heating unit did not work properly. Room was always hot and stuffy even when we turned it off, it was also very loud. Comforter was stained. Towels were not good.

room smelled like pee. I asked the staff to maybe spray bleach on the floor carpet since the smell was so bad maybe because someone before had a pet.. BUT the smell stayed overwhelming. It is a shame that they allow that to happen.

Very strong smoke smell in the room which is hard to get rid of even the hotel used some other smell to cover it. The smoke smell kept me hard to breathe so I had to open the door in the cold winter some times to get the fresh air in.

Friendly and helpful staff

Distance from airport is not accurate in the advertisement which results in higher transportation costs. Room smelled stale and of mold/mildew when the fan was turned on

We had stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. No longer. The room was not equipped, there were "ladies of the evening" in the parking lot, the office is behind bulletproof glass, the receptionist sat outside and smoked. our complaints were unheeded

Was given the wrong room, midnight someone pounds on door as though it was his room. Not supposed to be our room. Power went out 10 pm so no lights or AIR CONDITIONER!! Very warm that night.

Burn marks on desk and burn holes on comforter. They say was a non-smoking room.

The brightness of the lights at night around the property but it did not deture the drug activity going on.

Didn't get the room I paid for. Bathroom way too small. No pressure in the toilet when flushing. Did not have the things it was supposed to in the room. Tv remote did not work.

I don¿t want to give a bad review I have stayed here before but they¿ve charged me twice for a room I didn¿t check in too

It used to be nice but no more! There was nothing that would encourage me to return!

dirty floor and carpet; one oversized chair, tiny counter, which is! Air was very stuffy..no fresh air, conditioner very confusing. No service what so ever!!! Bath room sink no stopper, TV service went out both nights, bed way too high! Light out on bed

It was a pretty good location for things we were doing in the area.

We walked into the room and it smelled like smoke (nonsmoking room) and pinesol. Then my husband moved the phone and found cigarette ashes under it. NOT CLEANED WELL. :(

What a crap-hole!! Air conditioning didn’t work, no washcloths , only 2 towels no conditioner and one TEENIE bar of soap. A drawer missing from the dresser, and found a bag of ramen soup in one of the other drawers, a sure sign (among many other things)

My room was filthy. All of the drawers in the room were missing and my sheets and comforter had stains all over them you could tell it clearly was not washed.

two nights at hotel, different bookings but consecutively with my son. Both nights I had to ask for a new room the first night the room had a beeping smoke detector, the second night the mattress had been flipped upside down because of a bloody mattress

Staff attitude, smoke smell in my non smoking room. Heat was broken, very hot all night and staff attitude. Yes I said that 2x, it was just terrible

Its very easy to find off of 1-94 yet not terribly noisy. Easy access to shopping and food. Front desk staff was very friendly.

It seems to be mainly longer term stay. Lots of kids running around the parking lot. The room itself was dirty and in poor condition. Stained sheets and dirty floors, etc.

Nothing the room stunk like a wet dog. Some lady .ca.e in & got a room $10 cheaper than what you got it for me never shine
