Location clean good breakfast

No mention of pool being closed. The desk clerk never said anything about using the hotel pool until check out the next day.Parking was awful. Had to park in the way back lot. Glad I was not a single woman !!

When I checked in the desk clerk did not greet me she was anti social in fact at one time she was on the phone with someone else very inhuman towards me

What i did not like was that it took so long to get a confirmation email in ended up paying twice for the room!!! A refund or credit should be due !!!!

The breakfast and the location.

The pool and hot tub were both incredibly dirty. There were actually floaties in the hot tub.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, quiet, even though close to the highway. Reasonably close to the airport (and has an hourly shuttle). Decent parking. Short drive to fast food options, & Walmart. Drive to town for better restaurants.

Breakfast was meh. Mostly sugary carbs, prefab omelettes, and the ubiquitous waffles. Why can¿t American hotels do breakfast like the Europeans?

I reserved a king room. I was given a plain 2 queen room. This was a Friday night, and the hotel was unable to change my room. I was not offered a discount, or compensation in any way. The staff was not helpful in this situation at all.

Each staff member I interacted with was very nice.

My room had 2 queen beds. The first bed I looked in had crumbs and tiny hairs in the sheets and comforter. Luckily the second bed was clean.

Can be a little loud on week-ends with family gatherings and lots of kids using pool.

Lots of kids running up and down hallways, screaming and fairly loud.

No hot tub running. It has been like that even with our last stay there. You can see hotel next to us have theirs running.
