Our wasn't clean throughly, there were cigarettebButts in closet. The floor leading to the closet had not been mopped.

Keyless entry and self check in and out

Breakfast bar was ok , not great but wait staff was excellent

Tv program selection not very interestingDisappointing that I could not connect a device to internet Appalling that there is not recycling

Cleanliness. Aesthetically pleasing.

1) I have come to expect a free continental breakfast at hotels, but there was non free cont breakfast here. 2) I have also come to expect the room will be furnished with coffee containers for my use of the Keurig in the room; but my room had no caffeainated coffees, only had 3 teas and 1 decaf container; when I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of caffeinated containers, the clerk had a difficult time finding any in her box of extras, and she commented that that was probably because so many other people had come to her asking for caffeinated coffee containers ... I would think that sending someone to buy a box of keurigs would be no big deal. 3) The television was disappointing, offering 'extra' things like Netflix, but not basic things (as far as I could tell) like CNN, ESPN, PBS, ABC, etc ...
