Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Alpena

It was super clean and comfortable! Friendly staff at every contact point. Would definitely stay again!

Thin walls, we could hear lots of talking somewhere on the floor above us.

Very clean, wonderful breakfast. great outdoor sitting area. Staff was great!

Its brand new so its bright and super clean.

The walls are super thin. We barely slept because we could hear all the noise all night from other rooms and people shutting their doors.

clean, lounge area, room was spacious

Breakfast was good. Coffee was good

Refrigerator was very loud. Woke us up everytime kicked on. Caused us to experience a very uncomfortable stay. Then while in the shower, there was NO shampoo in the bottle. Unacceptable

I like the room size and cleanliness

Nice easy parking

The staff was exceptional. In particular, the friendly and hard working lady managing the breakfast is reason enough for us to return. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food over our two night stay. I really liked the churro waffles and omelets. The fried eggs served were not very good.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel was great. The staff checking us in gave us their thoughts (positive) about a local theater production (deer vamp). Kudos for a wonderful stay.

New clean and modern hotel.

Breakfast was great. Real oatmeal! Real fruit! Many options. Room was clean and quiet.

The place is so new that my GPS couldn’t find it or the street address. A little out of the way, but Alpena is small enough that the setting wasn’t a big deal.

It was very clean and looked very new. The workers were very nice too

The pool closed a little to early after my boyfriend was done working but that’s ok

New, great room set up, great staff and good breakfast.

Location (not down town) and there were flies in the room.

Super clean, super big rooms

Breakfast was gone by the time we got there

Clean, safe, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Modern, clean, beautiful facility. Huge room with comfy bed and linens. Lovely breakfast offerings. Laundry facility on-site.

The breakfast was good, the room was very spacious and everything was clean. Shelby at the front desk was amazing! Check in and out were both fast and easy.

It was disappointing there was no hot tub.

The mattress was so comfortable, not overly soft absolutely perfect. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was always nice and helpful. Entire hotel was clean. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is brand new and beautiful. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and very functional. The hot breakfast was a little better than most chain hotels.

Would have preferred a location on the waterfront or near downtown Alpena.

Clean and friendly

Too Expensive for the small room

Terrible!

Lack of eggs, sausage, rolls, bagels, oatmeal! Never have we stayed in any Hampton with such a poor breakfast.

Booked me and the place is still under construction and closed.

It was closed. Still trying to get a refund.
