- Location, location, location! We stayed in a corner balcony room overlooking the ocean beach - an absolute must.
- Room was very good good location
- The proximity to the beach. The views were absolutely incredible.
Cons -
- One elevator in the main hotel, which is fine but it was absolutely filthy. No doubt the original carpeted floor and it smelled like desire exhaust and mold. Back entrance to rooms was efficient but poorly lit and dirty. All carpet needs to be replaced.

Very warm and comfortable. Staff were very nice. Ocean right out the door with beach. Beautiful place for sunrise.
