The room was dirty. It looked like a crime had happened. When you walked on the floor your shoes stuck. We walked in and I called the front desk to request a different room and was told they were sold out. I checked on bookings.com and it said there were four rooms left. My daughter and I went there because she is going through cancer treatment. when they wouldn't change our room we went and bought sanitizers and cleaned the room. When we went for breakfast, the half and half was spoiled. When I told them at the front desk there was no response.
