Bed was very comfortable and spacious room.
The kitchen was out of most menu items the evening we arrived but we made it work.

Breakfast was not included. We did however have breakfast in the hotel several times. It was very good and not outrageously expensive like some hotels.
Our room was on the lobby level and the windows looked out to the building next door so it really quite dark in the room.

Location is great. Very walkable to downtown
The floor in the room was not very clean. It looked clean but when we walked on it with socks it was not. The restaurant isn’t so good.

The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The staff is very welcoming.
They didn’t sweep under the beds, dressers, sink so they could improve with their cleaning efforts.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The valet staff is super friendly and helpful with luggage. Our room didn't have the best view but the room more than made up for it. We felt like we were back at home. The hotel restaurant has high quality food.
Having updated appliances in the rooms would be nice.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and since you have a twenty five dollar resort fee that can be used for food it would have been nice to use it for breakfast

Great location in Portland's historic Old Port district. Clean, cozy room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Great room with nice decor, no noises, great beds and actual light blocking devices. for windows. Good wifi and great amenities in bathroom. Good street parking but valet available too.
Maybe if it was just a little closer to downtown.
