The view and location were perfect, couldn¿t ask for anything better. Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops.
This hotel is in a great location. Guests and staff were friendly. There are limited accommodations for handicapped or people who have trouble with stairs. Sit on their Adirondack chairs and watch the tides.
We had an upstairs room and were not aware of the stairs.
Close to everything. Parking spot was room number so always had a close spot. Our room was chosen without an ocean view. The staff made it clear that the lawn chairs facing the ocean were for everyone. Breakfast was very nice sitting on the front porch.

Location was excellent. Grounds were very well maintained and very pretty. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful.
Overall awesome. They could update bedding to more modern comforters but it was all very clean and well maintained. Room had slight chemical smell but again not terrible because it was clean.

Room is super small. In front of front desk. Little noise when ppl talking. It's like a extra room or room for the staff. It's so small and not have space for the chair. Tiny bathroom only one step long from sink to door. Breakfast is not good either.

Perfect location at the mouth of the Ogunquit River, ocean views and only a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Shore Road. It also borders the northern end of the Marginal Way which is a beautiful coastal walking path to Perkins Cove.
