Pros +

The ocean view too and location in the heart of Ogunquit
Location was great. Rooms clean and friendly staff.
Proximity to town and Perkins Cove via the marginal way. Beautiful room with a view in Ireland House. Staff were extremely pleasant.

Cons -

I wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but not a deal breaker
Breakfast could have been better. My husband likes to go get breakfast while I sleep in.
Room was too far from the ocean. We could see a sliver but only from the deck,
