Location

The room had poor maintenance: rusty, broken floor heating; holes in the ceiling/wall area; toilet paper dispenser not attached to the wall. TV channel selection from the 80's, continental breakfast subpar (pastries in wrappers, cereal in boxes, etc.).

Clean and comfortable.

Staff seemed cold and distracted.

Value of room we stayed in the first night

As of 06-26-25, Unit 109 is in terrible shape

Clean big room lovely amenities. Close to footbridge beach. Walkable great price

The drain was not properly screwed in the bathtub my son was playing with it and I took it away immediately and had to get him out of the tub.

The cleanliness of the room and the view looking out towards the Ocean in the distance.

The Continental breakfast, because of the lack of gluten free/low carb options.

It was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Had all the amenities we had expected.

The bed was equal to a box spring. The toilet was tight between two walls. The bathroom appeared to be unfinished from a possible rehab. The shower rod looked like it was ready to fall off the wall on both sides.

The hotel for us was an easy walk to the beach via to downtown area.

Very small rooms for two people. Had to kill an ant invasion in the bathroom. I used my hairspray. Told the front desk. The maid never cleaned up the dead ant pile. The room was only half updated

The pool was nice, and the location is pretty good, but still have to drive to the center or take the trolly. You can walk to the beach, but it's not super close especially if you have a lot of beach items to carry. The breakfast was good.

I didn't like that the room ac leaked and there was puddles in front of the bathroom every night. Also, the ac was installed in front of a half wall, so you don't get as much cool air as you should.

I was cold and coundn't turn the heat on went to the office and the guy said he would come over and he didn't had to sleep with my coat on went to office next day was told that room didn't have heat at all

It was super clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price point.

Heat was off when I came in the room so it was really cold, but once I flipped it on it heated up well

The room was clean & the location was GREAT!

The traffic was awful but it is Summah in Maine.

The location. Short distance from city center, 10 minute walk from footbridge Beach. Trolley stop right in front of the hotel. Multiple restuarants within walking distance, short drive to Wells,Maine (cvs,McDonalds for late nights if needed)

The thin sheets on the bed.
