Juniper Hill Inn

The location

I’m short and the sink was tall. I had to lean over on my tippy toes.

The location and the staff. The cleanliness of the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was too noisy. The air conditioner blew directly on you when sleeping.

Proximity to the beach and the association with Raspberries restaurant.

Disrespectful people (other guests).

No breakfast but hot coffee is available in the reception area which was decent. A continental breakfast would have been nice.

The bed was too soft and not supportive. The outdoor pool is very small. The room charges were very high.

Staff responded immediately. Very clean room.

Room was set a bit cold.

Great location Very clean

Air conditioner -did not work correctly Drapes had come away from the rod and let light in

Extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Always arrive early and we are allowed to park before the check in time. This saves us a parking fee which we appreciate. We did do the remote check in the day before. Although I found it to be lengthy it was an easy checkin once the room was ready. They texted me when the room was ready and there was an envelope at the front desk with all we needed. We love the location. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Always enjoy our stays.

I wanted a room inside the facility That is now called premium I have been staying here over 20 yrs and since I did not book directly I could not change my room upon arrival

Centrally located everything was excellent nice grounds everything was very clean

The staff was super nice, which I appreciated, especially after we got the check out time wrong. They were nice about us leaving late. Great location and even better jacuzzi suite!

Great location and comfortable beds nice and clean. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi still, open

Every was very good no breakfast but great restaurants in walking distance for breakfast lunch and dinner

Beautiful .. clean … location

Parking on the hills will be challenging in some weather conditions … we had perfect weather so not an issue for this trip

Everything. Staff was super. Very clean room and entire place

Couldn’t stay longer

Nice stay-excellent location. I would stay again

You can hear opening /closing from doors slamming and loud locks on doors from neighbors in hall. If someone is walking down hall you are able to “ feel” the shake on the floor inside the room. Disrupted sleep but overall stay was very nice.

The property was extremely clean and close to Downtown. All of the staff were very welcoming.

It was walking distance to breakfast and to the town.

It was clean. It was big. It was very attractive.

Nice walkable location to beach, Marginal Way, restaurants.

Very clean room, location was perfect.

Heat/Air hard to set

Walking distance to town…quiet comfortable room

Free breakfast would have been nice

The place is not anything fancy. It reminded me of an old American motel. But the room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the location is fabulous. Away from the busiest area of downtown, but still very walkable to everything.
