- Not too far from Acadia NP and a functional town. There is a clubhouse if you don’t feel like sightseeing on one of your days.
- The staff was wonderful and the place was very clean. And conveniently located.
Cons -
- It wasn’t very clean, couch popcorn and ice pop wrappers were in and under couch . Remote was not in the room for the tv.
- No shampoo in our bathroom. Although it was maintained well enough, property and furniture is dated. OK overall.
- Not the hotels fault , but our neighbors were rudely loud.

Friendly staff, spacious, new TVs, location
Odor upon arrival, no AC upstairs, rusty heat covers, filthy grout on all tile floors, poor bed linens
The location of our room. The people working the check in/out were very friendly & helpful.
The hot tub in our room was dirty, gross. Looks like they haven't cleaned the jets in a very long time. Hair, soap & other things I don't want to know came out of those jets.
The layout and the rooms
One of our rooms had twin beds which are not available in many places.
How quiet it was
The fireplace didn't work
The staff was awesome!
