Hampton Inn Ellsworth/Bar Harbor

It had everything we needed to have a great stay. Husband enjoyed the whirlpool.

The beds are too firm for me so I don’t sleep well. Second time at a Hampton Inn and didn’t sleep well at that hotel either.

Good pricing and location. Great staff. Breakfast is a huge bonus.

The front desk workers and workers cleaning were absolutely amazing so friendly!

Our room did not get refreshed so we had to ask for new towels.

Staff was polite and it was very clean.

The people were loud in the room on our first night.

The bed was very comfortable, the AC cold, and the internet was fast. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety and friendly staff.

When we checked into our room, we noticed that the bathroom smelled of urine. We also found a beer bottle cap on the floor between the desk and the mini fridge. Also noteworthy, the privacy shade was broken, but the darkening shade worked well.

This hotel was a good place to stay while wandering around Acadia NP. It¿s not in the busy town of Bar Harbor, but close enough for daily trips into Acadia. Showers were hot. Hot tub was hot. Pool was refreshing. Hot breakfast changed daily.

Would have liked to see biscuits and gravy as a food option. Asked for towels and trash to be taken, but had to ask a third time.

The bed was amazing. The mattress, pillows and bedding were so comfortable and clean!

Everything was great would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was great room was clean and big the bed was super comfortable

It¿s super easy to find in a great location for accessing Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor without the crush of all the crowds that can be in those exact destination spaces. The rooms were very clean and had a decent size refrigerator

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and nice.

Food had not been cleaned out of the freezer from the previous guests. There was also an empty mini alcohol bottle and food from the previous guests under a bed as well. Gross; especially w/ the "special COVID sanitizing" that the sticker represented.

Not really anything... a cleaner left a pair of rubber gloves on the floor in the hallway, likely by accident, but no one picked them up for the time I was there (including me!!)

Walk in shower in the king Room

Ran out of hot water midway through 2nd shower. Very drafty near air conditioner.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I spent a week there for business travel. It was perfect. It was clean. The staff is excellent. They have adapted to the Covid situation very well. They had a very nice breakfast. They have a nice indoor pool and a Jacuzzi which was nice.

Very convenient location. Close to good dining choices and a Walgreens next door.

Disappointed that the breakfast selections where limited. No white bread or plain bagels available for toast. Only three choices for yogurt

Location is great. It was spotlessly clean. The staff friendky and outgoing.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very convenient location, in downtown Ellsworth and just off the main road.

The breakfast wasn't very appetizing, I enjoy a hot breakfast but the cheese omelette and sausage patties were processed yuck!
