- We had an ocean front room with a beautiful view! It was very clean The bed was comfortable. The food and drinks were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- My wife and I specially booked the hotel to spend time in the hot tub, outside, overlooking the ocean. We were informed that the hot tub opened at 9 am. We planned the following morning completely around spending time in the hot tub before checkout. The hot tub was covered in a netting, indicating it was closed. We attempted to find staff over and over again but we're unsuccessful. We walked down every half hour to see if it was open. Which it never did. It might sound stupid, but the whole reason for our trip was to spend time together in the hot tub overlooking the ocean. Extremely disappointing.
- Way overpriced for off season. Didn’t have staff to make it the experience it should have been. Extra charges on top of the room cost seemed outrageous.
