Best Western Acadia Park Inn

Very clean, felt safe, nice staff, nice wide parking places, and very good breakfast.

Walls were somewhat thin and AC was a little noisy.

The location

Housekeeping was only available every 3 days from the date you checked in, and had to be requested or it was not performed. Used towels had to be left outside on the concrete, feet from the parking lot. Firepit locked after 9pm, sunset was 8:45.

Breakfast was included.

Smoke alarm went off due to steamy shower. Alarm is located in wall next to bathroom door. Very bad location.

Beautiful scenery.

No housekeeping. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. In 5 days nobody cleaned a thing in our room.

Decent size room with 2 queen beds and good size bathroom. Parked right in front of room.

Breakfast was terrible. There were almost no items that were edible. We ate peanut butter and jelly toast because the eggs and oatmeal were awful. Weird yogurt from a dispenser machine. Coffee was undrinkable and no flavored creamer. Drank tea.

Suite room. Very clean. Quiet. Very nice staff.

Clean rooms, convenient to downtown

Very overpriced for a simple motel. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 0630, but the door was locked until 0700, so we left without being able to use these benefits.

Neat, clean, cozy. In the woods away from the crowds of Bar Harbor.Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The staff member was not helpful! She became very defensive when I wanted to double check where the free breakfast was in the blue building circled it on the map and said, can you see that? The amount of money you pay for this hotel is not worth it!

Price! The continental breakfast was awful, the toaster didn¿t work, the waffles burnt the waffles. The orange juice was out.

I love being able to park in front of my door. It was pretty close to Acadia. Everything worked and it was clean.

close to Bar Harbor but not in Bar Harbor

did not realize you drive up to the hotel room but that was fine. Just didn't realize it from the reservation.

The room was super clean and updated. Breakfast was good, would have liked more choices. This was not far from downtown Bar Harbor.

I found the bed to be uncomfortable, which caused me to wake up throughout the night.

Kind a little farther from the town center

Great place to stay for a family vacation. Very adequate and updated room with good space, nice breakfast included, is on the free park shuttle route, heated swimming pool, helpful and friendly staff. We did not have a car but there is also free parking.
