Days Inn by Wyndham Bar Harbor

Location to Bar Harbor shopping areas was really good.

We were in the furthest room from the office and lobby. I mentioned i needed a mobility friendly room. The oversized bed and small bathroom impeded my ease to get around the room. The shower area would have been OK if there were grab bars.

I had no parking space. I had to park across the street. Poor layout of bathroom. Ice bucket water was never emptied..so I wonder if the room was even cleaned. And you could barely open and close our room door...it's like the door didn't fit..

The location and price compared to other hotels in the area were excellent.

The bathroom really needed to be updated and the breakfast left much to be desired. The juice machine was broken, and there was nothing warm available. Everything was cold and packaged like grabbing something from the gas station.

Hotel employee at the front desk was great.

The room and property were disgusting to the point we didn’t even want to take out shoes off. Trash outside, rips and stains inside, furniture in disrepair, and what looked like molding ceiling tiles. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in.

The hotel is across from the Nova Scotia ferry so excellent water view from 2nd floor

Very small parking lot for as many rooms that they have. Not large truck friendly.

Room was very dirty, with mold and mildew on the ac unit.

Construction, value. Almost everything closed in hotel.

Too expensive for a room that is VERY OLD, needs new RUGS (they stink) and need renovation. The breakfast is very poor. Not too many choice, basic. I expected more for a $--- night at a hotel.

Location is great. Free shuttle bus stops are close.

Decor was dated and some damage was noted.

Note on the door said hotel closed- Days Inn for season...report to Holiday Inn across the street...made the experience wonderful. I was given a free breakfast for 2 & snack, drink by front desk clerk from Puerto Rico. Thanks!

That I woke up the next morning. First Room was so full of mold we had ask to be moved!! Second room had a dehumidifier, but it was full. 93% humidity when we emptied and started it again. We had to dump it twice. This was the Best about this hotel!!

That it wasn't condemned

Good location to visited Arcada National park

It was an older hotel and needed a lot of updates. The bed was very uncomfortable and the rooms were noisy. We heard a lot of banging coming from other rooms.

Great location, close to Acadia and a quick drive to downtown.

Bed sheets were not changed from previous person staying there. Found sand on bed.

Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was kept well stocked. Easy 5 minute walk to catch the island runner shuttle to bar harbor and Acadia.

Would have been nice to have an in room microwave.

The location is great.

The bathroom was oddly configured. No exhaust fan. Room was very humid.

Great room. Good location. Beautiful view. Convenient to free bus.

Only thing air conditioning could have been a tad cooler. Everything else was great

At it was easy to get to the rooms even though there wasn¿t an elevator. You have a water view. The hotel I was sent to when i extended our trip was luxurious compared to Days Inn.

The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. Decided to extend our trip, ended up being sent to another hotel due to them not having a room for me. The other hotel was Fantastic. We stayed two days at Days Inn not a fan.

Hotel is in Perfect location, very close to town, we can drive or easy to walk as well. Good breakfast in the morning. Room is clean everyday. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. A+

Proximity to Acadia National Park and Town Pier.

1. The reception and breakfast area does not have any wash room 2. The breakfast options are very limited, except oat meal nothing fresh 3. The rooms and beds are small 4. The room does have bugs and spiders 5. Not worth as compared to the price
