Pros +

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakdast was excellent.
Location. Beautiful, well-kept property, wonderful and friendly staff.
The Mira monta Inn staff was welcoming. The room was located on the first floor with a second entrance from the porch. The breakfast was well done. Located just far enough away from the main area of Bar Harbor to be quite still with a short walk to town.

Cons -

Not much.
We could hear some sound from next door. The TP ran out--not a big deal, but an oversight.
