Staff addressed any concerns I had and were very accommodating.

Floor 2 smells. dog/car pee/ defecation. Held our breath tile reached the room. A respiratory health. Thankfully the smell did not travel into the room. The curtains were shabby/disrepair. Room was clean. 3rd reels of smoke; but did not affect room.

yes, that place is falling apart big time theres holes in the bathroom sink, the hallway smells like piss, no room service like no clean bedding, or cleaning of the room while I was their, didnt clean my trash cans , the shower curtain wouldnt stay open.

The roomed smelled of mold and mildew the second you walk in. The room had stains of mold on the walls . Also roaches , roaches in the refrigerator, bathroom and the beds . Who do I contact about refund?

The bathroom mirror was the best thing in the hotel.

Dirty, filthy, nasty. Nothing worked. Rooms was not properly cleaned. People hanging outside as if they live there vs a hotel stay. Bathroom was nasty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. Do not stay.

The hallway carpet was stained and filthy. The first room I was assigned to did not have blackout curtains on the window and the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The second room I was transferred to reeked of urine.

The only good thing I can say is the bed sheets where clean and soft

It was all around dirty. The floors, especially in elevator, dirty/stained carpets. The smell of weed throughout hotel, the noisy air conditioner in room. Gaps in room door to hallway. Did not feel safe at all!!!!! Horrible location. Loud!

everything...we went into 2 different rooms before asking for a refund because it wasn't clean... the TV didn't work, the first room didn't have a blind so the world could see in.. I was very disappointed in this Wyndam location

Good location. Stayed here for work, as the job site was only a few minutes away.

Found several bugs/ roaches in the room

The tv did not work There were no covers on the bed Only one set of towels in the bathroom

Able to do cash security deposit and get cash back upon checkout. Blow dryer worked. Heat and AC worked. Had fridge.

Light had 2 bulbs but only one worked. Water pooled in tub while showering since drain wouldnt stay open so I had to fold up soap box and wedge it to keep the drain open and water flowing down. Rust spots in tub. No comforter(s). Bedding dif on each bed.

Internet was extremely spotty, and staff were not authorized to assist. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue. I was not able to get my work done. The parking lot was covered in trash. Very dirty. Definitely not 2.5 stars.

The lack of towels available, the constant smell of Marijuana on our floor, stains on comforters, very poor signal quality for tv

It?s a convenience location with shops and restaurants nearby

Overall the hotel lacks in maintenance with broken linens dirty towels etc. The last evening, there was a altercation near our room which kept us up most of the night. We reported to the front desk and was by far the most nervous experience.

I did not have a good experience

They didn?t come clean my room they didn?t let me use the broom or the vacuum, and they didn?t even give me any more soap when I asked

Leaving was the best part to get away from that awful hotel

staff was rude, was dirty, ice machines & other things were broken, only went there for the pool &hot tub that is listed on both your website and their website and was told they haven?t had since the remodel for some years.talked to hotel and they ignored

It?s USUALLY clean and the room service staff does a great job at having the rooms look very presentable.

The room smelled like cigarettes and older person body odor

Broken blinds, broken toilet seat, shower made a very loud whistling noise, sheets were not clean or changed, the walls were dirty, the breakfast awful, heard every sound by other guests, and there were roaches.

There were a few employees at the desk that were pleasant and helpful.

The adjoining room is not a good experience for separate parties sharing a door. The wall are paper thin. Management is awful.
