Spark by Hilton Waldorf

Thank you for providing a moderately price hotel. We felt safe and secure. We were very impressed with this Spark in Waldorf. We are about to embark on our Texas journey. We will be on the lookout for other Spark hotels. We were very impressed.

When I checked in the front desk clerk was not paying attention and double booked/ charged my credit card

As soon as you walked in, it smelled of stale smoke, there was trash outside of almost every single hotel room as I walked down the hallway, the bathroom had mildew all over it, it was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The customer service was great from the young lady at the time of check-in. She was extremely pleasant and kind to not only myself but to the impatient customer behind me that was in a hurry to check in before my transaction was completed.

The hotel is going through a major facelift, and about more than half of the construction is being done on the left wing of the hotel and there is debris, paint, drywall, room doors opened and its also dangerous. Someone including staff could get hurt!!

I like the area

I was not pleased with morning hotel staff. the hotel towel and cloths and covers had hair on them.

Soft clean beds the staff is nice everything in the room works great views from the window

The only thing I do not like about the hotel is you cannot connect to any video game consoles to the TV unless I?m doing something wrong but this is my second time visiting here and I cannot connect my game console.

Shower water is brown. Breakfast starts at 7, you have to buy breakfast if you need to leave early. They charge me $180 per night because my trip coincided with presidential inauguration. Their price is half during regular days. The quality not worth $-----

The location was easily accessible, well lit and appeared very clean and safe.

Although very accessible, it's at a very busy intersection.

Good blackout curtains! Good price! Though next to a busy road, traffic noise did not bother me, and I am a light sleeper. I usually stay at a more expensive property, and was not too disappointed.

Strong odor in the room, that I believe was a cleaning fluid, or supposed to be a pleasant smell (but wasn't). Pillow and bed were lumpy.

I had two connecting rooms and they were nice and clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good and they allowed my pet and the fee was very reasonable! It was very close to shopping and many restaurants! Great location!

Not much that I didnt like except the outside can be deceiving because I believe they were renovating so it it looked like a sketchy location but the inside was so much better!!

Nothing the hotel was yetrible they was inder construction no wifi no towel no toilet paper ect

The hotel was terrible

The breakfast was good.

The toilet was to low and the place needs a upgrade. The place is outdated.

The location was perfect

It was dingy, the linen was not bright and crisp

men smoking marijuana in the parking lot when we arrived. bathroom door would not close, sink stopped up and took forever to drain, electrical outlet in bathroom without cover, loud party and music until after 3am.

The staff were all super-friendly. The motel has been updated in recent years (I assume). Room was clean and comfortable.

There was a fight in the hallway that went on for hours in the middle of the night. Not sure if that was a one-off, or something that happens frequently in this location. They should've been escorted off the property far earlier than they were.

The room the staff the breakfast was awesome. I will be back. And will recommend to family and friends ¿¿

The location.

This should be a motel, not a hotel. The building is in poor maintenance condition, with rust all over the bathroom. A door behind the bed led into the next room that was difficult to close. The Check-in receptionist was very rude. Smoke smell all over.

I didn't like anything about it

Some of the appliances were dirty (sink, shower, microwave, the shower wall, etc). Also had a smell in the room that didn't seem right. The staff were not welcoming at all

I did like the staff. They were friendly and the was perfect

The hotel look clean but wasn't. The bed sheets were dingy with lots of wrinkles.I don't think the sheets were changed. There was only 1 night stand and the WiFi did not work. There was a roach in the bathroom that ran across the countertop. So nasty.

Very disturbing ! DIRTY SIRTY SHEETS SKIN DIRT ALL ON THE BLANKETS HAIR ON THE LAMPS VERY TRIFLING
