Hampton Inn Waldorf

room smelled musty, carpet felt oily, there was something nasty looking in the toilet. We refused to use the tub which had not been cleaned in some time. There was dust/powder on the bathroom counter. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time.

The cleaner was mice. She came sprayed the mildew cleaner in the tub. She also gave a refresher spray and towels to clean the room and the bathroom.

The shuttle bus did not pick us up from the airport. After waiting for 45 mins. We ordered a Lift.

It was not a Hampton experience. They were using cheap coffee, they didn't have creamer, or juice, or milk, they were out of food at 730 and no breakfast on Sunday and they tried to charge my cc for my stay again something funny going on there.

Great service. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The beds were made & towels chang, something a lot of hotels no longer do. There was free breakfast starting early & ending at 10am, which was great since we are late risers.

Would have preferred a bistro table & chairs in the rooms with separate kitchenettes, along with amenities (paper towels, soap, etc.). Overall, we enjoyed the time spent there.

I enjoyed my stay as I was there for business. I must say that the young lady who registered me exceeded my expectations by asking my floor preference as well as providing my room location in the hotel preference. Excellent demeanor and professional staff

I wanted chocolate chip muffins but they only had 4 other choices - haaaaaaaaaaaa - No there wasn't anything I did not like

The room was clean.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very bad. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I asked for soap they said they didn¿t have any.

The friendly staff. The 24 hour coffee station and the hot breakfast.

There is no channel guide in the rooms.

The a/c unit was falling apart & it would vibrate so loudly it would wake us up in the middle of the night. & our room was not cleaned daily we had to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc.

The hotel is located across the street from Walmart

The hotel is dirty, once I arrived my room was changed 4 different times. And no one from upper management has reached out yet. Air conditioning blowing out heat, toilet leaking so bad, walls cracking , tubs have Mildew, sheets covers and pillows dirty .

The location, the modern building and its amenities, the room presentation, tidiness and cleanliness.

Surprisingly, there was no bottled water in the room. Also, no restaurant offering meals only breakfast which was a huge inconvenience. Observed a Carrabbas Italian restaurant feet away from hotel which was conveniently expensive and restrictive.

Shower malfunction but they immediately gave us access to adjoining room so we could get showered.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and even the coffee was good!!

We were on the first floor, so no view. Just the parking lot. Next time we will stay higher up to see the view.

EVERYTHING. THE PRICE PER DAY FOR THIS HOTEL IS RIDICULOUS;: the room wreaked of mold &/or dampness; the carpet appeared as though it was indoor/outdoor carpeting for your pet; the king-size bed was like sleeping on the floor; breakfast was edible
