Booked a one bedroom suite and they gave me a studio room. Told them that is not what I paid for. Would not give me my money back for the room I paid for. Would not book here again. Staff was rude when asking for towels. Mattress had a hole in it.

Nice Large room, comfortable, convenient location

Room had some wear and tear from a ceiling leak.

KEEP THE FBI FROM COMING THE AND CAUSING TROUBLE. THE FBI HAS BEEN FOLLOWING ME BECAUSE I DID NOT SPY FOR THEM WHEN I WAS IN KUWAIT, MIDDLE EAST WITH THE US ARMY

This was the second time I didn?t get the room that I made reservations for and was not compensated.

The keys didn?t work for the door. I had to be let in using master key and was told once I leave I couldn?t be let back in.

It has been a few years since I last stayed, and the hotel has gone downhill. The window curtains were torn, the room had no carpeting, there was no regular coffee available for the coffee maker in the room, and there was a charge for parking.

The front desk staff was the best, courteous and accommodating

It was loud, AC was loud, walls were thin cause you can hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Could not sleep

Upon checking in I was told the room wasn?t ready ok but to come back and was told I have a handicap room which I didn?t ask for and the room I did get didn?t had pillowcases so I had to put them on . Asked for a late check out and was told no .

Nice clean room, friendly staff

breakfast was good. Somehow expand area where food is served. A lot of guests especially children standing around waiting to get their food. Keep it moving.

Hotel staff was excellent.

There was a little boy that was running loose around the hotel. Seem like everyone knew him. He was standing around in the lobby to watch the open and closing. About 10 minutes later he stopped. Where were his family?

The staff was friendly polite and accommodating

The deco and location are great. It¿s a very popular hotel because there¿s a lot a cars in the parking lot.

There¿s a lot of movement in the hallways but with the volume of people it is to be expected.

Parking- when I made the reservation it did not state that there was a $12 charge Dailey for parking. Eventhough the front desk said they would take it off and my statement reflected zero, they still charged me for it.

The breakfast was not very good. Food was cold. Eventhough breakfast ended at 9:30, staff started cleaning around 9:00. Guests had to ask for plates and had to do with what was left.

MY RESEVERATION WAS FOR A 2 BEDROOM SUITE RECEIVED CALL DAY OF AND WAS CHANGED TO 22 SEPERATE STUDIOS. IT WAS COOL BUT CAME TO VISIT FAMILY AND WE ALL WANTED TO BE IN SAME ROOM LIKE SLEEPOVER STYLE

The hotel was perfect for my family size. The location was convenient and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is immaculate! By far the best travel experience I've had since the pandemic. The entire property is well maintained/ great decor/ clean from top to bottom. When I entered my unit/room I was met with a pleasant clean aroma! I Highly recommend!

No complaints: Very pleased with the accommodations.

I loved the spaceyness of the room.
