The customer service and the convience of the area!

House keeping was kinda slow and the parking situation I hated it was horrible!!!

Hard beds. It is tough to access because the area is very congested. Parking off premise.

Nice comfortable rooms. Really nice breakfast included. Good location near bars and restaurants as there is no bar in the hotel.

No free parking on-site however there is a parking lot adjacent at a few. The Pool is lovely however it would benefit with having a small changing area.

The breakfast was better than any continental breakfast. The potatoes were seasoned. The fried eggs were shelled eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets. I was able to plug in my iPhone, apple watch, and airbuds while sitting on the bed. Walking distance from Whole Foods, Raising Cane's, and other eateries. Staff was wonderful. Booking.com's rate was better than what the hotel offered!

Parking was not free. Had to walk about a block to the hotel. You are allowed to load/unload in front of the hotel before going to the garage; if there's space. The road the hotel is on is very narrow. This is a problem if there is snow on the ground because Baltimore/Towson's snow plowing system is awful. On what was supposed to be a two-way street, the horrible plowing of the city caused it to narrow to one lane.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, pleasant staff, good breakfast, nice fitness room, quiet, nice that Whole Foods is next-door.

Uncomfortable chairs without good lumbar support. I have a bad back.

It is not that I didn't like it, but I was surprised that it was attached to the Home2Hilton. I had been looking at that hotel too, and when I got out of the elevator, both hotels were visible. Hampton Inn seemed newer from the outside, but it is difficult to tell. I was surprised that the parking was not attached. The amenities say "EV charging" but I didn't realize that you had to have your own equipment.

For my purposes, location was great...

No mention of paying for a parking deck 1 block away and, when available, having to pay to park in handicapped in front of the building....Im a senior and that should have been disclosed....Overall

The breakfast was fine Hot and it tasted good. I brought it up to my room to eat.

The first time I stayed at this hotel. I was so impressed. As soon as I walked in you immediately noticed the cleaniness in the lobby it also had a clean smell. The check in person was very helpful. Was clear on the instructions and answers. Since this was my first stay I truly appreciated it. I was looking forward to staying here again, I purposely booked this location. I was extremely disappointed. The entrance didn't have that sharp clean look to it. The person behind the desk, never looked up when they talked to me and spoke so low I had to keep asking her to please speak up and I don't have a hearing problem. My room was at the 4th floor. The floors were dirty and it looked like it never was vacumed, the elevators had trash on the floor and the elevator doors were a mess

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good also. The young lady that checked me in Thursday evening was extremely nice and gave great customer service.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Parking garage wasn't close enough

Accommodations for the vehicle were not great. Small area for check in and unloading. A short walk to the garage in not the best area of town.

Clean facilities

Requested extra towels, extra pillow cases before we arrived and they were never placed in our room

The hotel room and common areas were well kept. Didn't seem as slapped-together and superficial as a lot of newer hotels in this price range.

I specifically sought accommodations with guest parking included. This establishment says they offer guest parking but do not mention you'll be paying for your parking or that the parking garage is off-site. The staff were glib and unapologetic about this clear misrepresentation of included amenities.Towels in room retained stains from previous use. Disgusting.Cleaning personnel also disappeared my bear trimming shears the one time they cleaned the room during my stay. Front desk was absolutely zero help liaising with cleaning crew to find out what happened to my property.Free wi-fi is apparently rated for 1998-era internet access. Had to pay $5 /day for actual internet access. Despicable bait and switch business tactics. "Not-my-problem" approach to customer grievances abounds.
