Hampton Inn & Suites Camp Springs/Andrews AFB

Close to xway, great breakfasts every day, room close to elevator, comfortable beds clean rooms, close to Metro subway (end of the green line). Hotel employee was wonderful to us. We stayed there for a week!

Pool NOT heated :( No real restaurants nearby, "food court" awful. There was little to no info provided as to local restaurants, an MD map, sites to see/visit. Besides , front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. List of restaurants outdated.

I was charged after I left .i tried to call about the charge the guy who answered at at the hotel was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me

The location was perfect

The communication between staff about hotel amenities was completely unorganized, breakfast was terrible, dog poop outside of the entry way. Over 50 bags of trash lined the back of the building outside of the dumpster poor parking available.

The room size (double queen, 2 room suite) was perfect for traveling with young children.

Not enough food options for continental breakfast if you?re vegetarian.

Cleanliness and the front counter staff was great!

The amount of kids yelling and running in the halls until 11pm

no hikton points, poor workinmghvac systems, bathroom sink lacked water pressure and low staffing levels, room was not ready at 3:00pm either.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a great mini fridge. Speedy elevators. Night security on the premises.

Breakfast could be improved, in particular the potatoes, and the cut, fresh fruit.

Friendliness and responsiveness

Would be good to be able to communicate with breakfast staff a bit more. Unfortunately we only spoke English, French and German and couldn't communicate with their staff.

The PILLOWS! Love the pillows. Comfortable accommodations. Appreciate coffee and tea available all the time.

Parking situation remains less than ideal. The breakfast needed help. The potatoes and sausage looked very unappealing. No whole milk available.

Parking was very limited, and included parallel parking! Open options late at night were far away from hotel doors, or dark, less than ideal locations.

Had bed bug got bit up the whole time I was there and on top of that they never change the sheets for me or clean room tub was extra dirty ask them to clean it they never did I would like a refund or a stay worth my money at another please place was super

Nothing the general manager threatened to call the police on me because I¿m going outside to smoke and because I smell like smoke he was going to take my security deposit.

Breakfast/hours

Upon arrival saw a Honda accord without 4 wheels in parking lot. Inoperable side door. Ice machine inoperable. Dryers inoperable. Would recommend once issues are resolved.

The hotel was great but $150;00 security after I already was chatgrd on my credit catd was definitely not alright

The swimming pool heater was not working. This was the main reason I chose this hotel so I could swim.

Continental breakfast, quiet

Hidden behind another hotel. I almost turned around.

Needed handicap accessible room for wheelchair. This was perfect. Very spacious and bathroom was handicap accessible all around. This hotel understands what handicap accessible means. Thank you for a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was SO rude. The woman at the front desk refused to give me the TOWELS I needed (she told me I DID NOT NEED a towel for my hair. Are you kidding me!?). The manager stated he did not need to correct the pool hours either.
