Staff was polite and helpful. Replace the iron in the room, maintenance preson was quick to check the issue with the tv and gave explanation about the disc reception at times. He went out his way to get ice for me.
Clean great location. Staff was excellent.
Hotel employees - Outstanding customer service

The furniture and kitchenette was dated, missing knobs on cabinets, sofa sagged in the middle not comfortable to sit on, the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable made it hard to sleep, tv in the sitting room reception would go in and out, no ice maker
Loose tiles in the bathroom floor were dangerous.

The young man working the front desk. Absolutely the best was extremely professional and the customer service was second to none. you need to do everything you can to keep him on staff or promote him
