The location was convenient the price was reasonable they had an indoor pool and a Spa I believe if they do an upgrade and or a renovation this hotel could be 5 STAR

The carpet in the hotel needs to replaced it was very dirty and worn out same of the furniture the bed was sunken in the middle needs new mattress.. the water jets was broken on the spa the breakfast was terrible eggs was wet oatmeal was runny

Location and pleasant staff

First, the fridge wasn't clean and leaking water. I called the front desk and they came to check on the problem. The mattress cover was too small. There was no fitted sheet; instead they was a flat sheet which was too small. The pillows were flat.

There were bugs and the sheets were very dirty. They do not clean the mattress protectors so they had pee stains and other stains as well as mouse droppings and bed bugs

Location

Dingy, stained sheets and towels. I literally had to go to Walmart to purchase my own sheets and towels slong with Lysol.

I've stayed at this specific hotel 4 times. Prior to my most recent stay, everything has been fine. This time, however, the room wasn't clean, the breakfast came with spoiled milk - my first room has orange water, 2nd was occupied.

The size of my room, and the guy who worked the front desk was very knowledgeable and nice.

I don't like that check in is so late and check out is so early. I also don't like that some of the towels have stains on them.

Breakfast

First room had bugs, looked like bed bugs, same for the second room. Third room didn't have bugs but wasn't clean. It was midnight and we were tired. I got clean sheets from the front desk and re-made the beds. The sheets were stained and had holes.

Location

I guess the night I stayed there was a youth football team staying over the same night. Real nice kids and families. Just a suggestion make sure they take up the 1st 2nd floors next time. I had kids running in their rooms all night and hallway

The room smell no one came to clean the room only had one towel and wash cloth swimming pool and hot tub was closed I checked out early because of these reasons

Breakfast was nice.

They put a group of football players in our wing so the second night was very noisy.

Location was excellent, close to where family lived. Close to shopping,close to expressway, easy on easy off expressway.

Hotel needed a renovation. Furniture was old, worn & spotted. We were there for 3 days but room wasn't serviced. I went to ask for fresh towels at the front desk & was told rooms were only cleaned after 3 days.

The breakfast in the morning

I was very upset that the pool was not up and running and there was nothing on the site about it and that was one of the main reason I picked the hotel to take the kids swimming.

The room size and location was nice

The shampoo was used/open. The amenities like food didn¿t seem inviting. One washer and dryer was not the best as one was out of order. There were dirty towels left in the closet and on the bathroom floor when I came. The soaps were bare minimum quality

It was 25 mins away from where I requested it be near It was very outdated WiFi kept going out on me and when I mentioned it the next morning I got "it worked fine for me" Cereal was stale

As of September 7,2023 I have not received my $100 deposit.

I was there 6 days. They never cleaned my room and replenished towels and I asked for it.

The staff was very nice.

There were stains on the sheets and sofa in the room. It didn't have the feeling of clean at all.

Quiet location near hospital, clean room, and comfortable bed
