- Location on the boardwalk and short distance to the beach
- Close to the beach. Olympic size pool. Large rooms with microwave and fridge. Front desk clerks were always nice and cheerful. Maids were courteous and kind and if we needed anything extra, they were right on it. Price after Labor Day was great price.

- Hotel had very old carpet and not enough power outlets
- The room smelled like mildew during the entire stay, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
- The elevator buttons didn¿t work. I had to call multiple times to request housekeeping and no one showed up. I called for more toilet paper and they didn¿t come until the next day. The air conditioner leaked water onto our floor in our room.
