There was no elevator to get to the 4th level. There was no coffee until 9:00 am. and no juices and various sweet rolls as advertised. No staff showed up at the desk until 8:30 a.m.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel has buckets everywhere to catch water from the leaking ceiling. The main entrance smells awful. It looks like the front of hotel is going to fall in any day now.

NOTHING. The parking lot was all broken up. The roof was caving in. The hotel smelled awful. There was no staff anywhere on site. They direct you to call a Service number that was Out of Service. I thought someone played a practical joke on me!

Bit dated and lots of spots where water is coming from (was funny seeing all the buckets everywhere). Also staff wasn¿t there even during the hours they were supposed to be and was confused on how checkout was to go. So just left my keys in the box.

The hotel was gross. Not clean, everything broken, no hot water, leaking roof, strong smell of mold. For what they chared it should have been nicer. Owners dont want to maintain the hotel, just collect any money they can. This place should be closed up.

Nice Breakfast available until at least 10AM. Very much appreciated.

Seem to be some ceiling/ Water Damage. I did notice a contractor on site looking at drawings, so perhaps this is in the process of being addressed.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel . It should be closed down and demolished . It was 225.00 for 2 nights . It was so bad we left on evening 2 and drove home .

First red flag was the parking lot was completely empty on a friday night . Walking in the lobby was very dated . Buckets sitting all around the lobby to catch water from the leaking roof . Bathroom outdated and dirty . Tv was static , no fridge or micrwv

Location is excellent to wisp resort.

Dirty everywhere. Roof leaking at multiple areas of the hotel. Heavy airfreshner used to hide mold smell in carpet/common areas.

The room was very scary looking, the bathroom was horrible it needs to updated- no continental breakfast the juice machine was broken. Please pay the extra money for a decent hotel a few miles away..

This hotel was disgusting. Black mold covering the ceiling of the bathroom, pictures do not remotely reflect the design of the rooms, zero staff onsite. We left after seeing the room. This hotel is a health hazard and should NOT be allowed to operate.

The only positive traits about this hotel is the location and the two young ladies working were very nice to us during our stay.

The entire building was disgusting and should be condemned. The room smelled like mold so bad and was extremely dirty. MANY buckets all over the floors and hallways to catch water dripping and other guests were in the lobby complaining about bed bugs

Spacious rooms, great location, Well lit parking.

Stained bedding, cracked and chipping paint, no on-site staff overnight.

It's proximity to an event.

Oh yeah. Missing carpet from the floor, the beds were not level (?) We called to ask about hot water as there was none and were inform that is sometimes takes up to fourteen minutes to warm up. Oddly specific.

Location was Good. Staff was helpful but had no way to correct anything.

This Hotels is the worst place i have ever stayed. it should not be opened. There were buckets in the dining area, black mold in the hallways, No ice machine that worked. The free breakfast was refrigerated donuts. The Room was really over Priced.

This property is in a great location next to the ski slopes of Wisp, on the shores of Deep Creek Lake Maryland. Prices are reasonable. Television offered a very large selection of stations to watch, entertain the kids.

Although this hotel has changed owners in the past 15 months since we last stayed there, there is still quite a bid of structural work that has not yet been accomplished (roofing, entrance portico, etc.)

The staff was very cooperative.

Bedsheets, Windows, and A/C was not clean.

It was easily on and off the highway

difficult to find entrance, poorly lit. The parking lot had holes that could swallow a car. The room itself was nice sized. But poorly cleaned. Towels weren¿t folded nicely. Hair in the shower. Black mold behind the door. Bed was very hard. Over priced

Light in bathroom didn't work. Lights in extra sink area didn't work. Room seems damp from the use of disinfectand. Front desk was manned hardly at all. sink in bathroom was clogged. Really bad experience.

I enjoyed the clean rooms and area we were in. The staff was friendly and mostly willing to help but because of limited staffing it was a bit difficult to better accommodate.

Was not pleased that we were on the 3rd flr with no elevator. Although my mom has knee issues she made it up and down the stairs ok with our help. We were not able to get ice or cutlery because of the time we got in; dissapointing after such a long drive.

The only thing good was the location.

Terrible. Hotel advertised to have a pool,ice machine, fitness center and breakfast. I did not. Also no fridge or microwave. The internet was terrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend it and I'll never stay there again.
