The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Unknown mandatory fee of $5 for parking lot clean-up and maintenance, which is ridiculous and should never be assessed. Everyone knows that such charges are improper because this is a typical cost associated with doing business.

We have stayed here at least 3 years in a row for the charm city grooming competition. I love that it’s pet friendly, close to the event and always clean and welcoming.

I love this hotel-- it is just what we need for our frequent business trips to Baltimore. The staff is so great and friendly. Location is good for us as a business option-- Good breakfast. Great pool and adequate work out facility.

The front desk ladies are so nice

We did have a leak in our roof and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser

Staff member tried to open room door at 8am and checkout was at 11 am and beverages in the lobby was very expensive sweet tea 6 dollars and soda 4 dollars .room was dusty and not well cleaned out and peep hole on door was broke .

It was expected a suit but a room

Its clean comfortable quiet, and close to family  at the front desk was excellent! She handled the check in rush perfectly, while answering the phone and giving everyone a genuine smile!

The gym

Just an ok Hampton ¿mattress not comfortable¿went down to lobby at 5am for coffee.. none ¿asked night mgr for coffee ¿ he said not his job..the women who sets up breakfast will be here soon and she¿ll take care of that..not great customer service

The bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan.

We left another hotel because it was so dirty and nasty, we had just arrived in town after 6 hrs on the road and it was 2am and was very desperate, the gentleman who answered the phone was so caring and understanding!

It is located next to train track - but it was not noisy. It is important to know that there may be a delay to enter or leave the street.

Location and breakfast included. Room was very clean.

The bedding could have been more comfortable especially the pillows and linens.
