Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington Park near Pax River

It was 20 minutes from where I was working. It was quiet both nights. I liked the gentleman who did my check in.

The water pressure in the shower WAS AWFUL. The inside of the room was a little beat up. There was a bit of mold or water damage on the ceiling.

The hotel recognized that the majority of the customers were in town for a three day swim event at a local college. The swimmers had to be at the pool at 6:30AM and they moved up their breakfast time to 6 AM from seven to accommodate. Thank you!

The beds were big and comfy. The staff is fantastic and very kind.

Check-in took over 30 minutes, and then our key card didn't work. I had to sit and rest in the hotel lobby while they tried to fix it. Eventually, they gave us a different room. Lastly, the toilet only worked if you waited over an hour between flushes.

Staff was friendly & tried their best to make the most of a bad situation.

Hotel has gone downhill fast. First room was 'used'; either the cleaning staff missed it or someone else was assigned to it. Went back to the desk right away, they gave us a nice upgrade we didn't even ask for, but the TV didn't work. Third room OK.

The two staff members we interacted with were lovely. Bed linens were clean and crisp. Great pillows.

Carpets are old and dirty, and dirty carpets are so disgusting to me. Big open grate drain on the bathroom floor was gross. Breakfast was supposed to be hot, but was not.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about service dogs. They didn't harass me when they gave me the expected information regarding "in case of damages or aggression " with my dog. They were friendly and informed throughout our stay.

The front desk seems understaffed. I had to wait for the person to finish with someone in their room before I could check in. There was only 1 person at front desk.

Centrally located, clean, staff was helpful & friendly

had a hard time with the TV & getting a remote to work ! Even the staff had to jiggle a few wires to get it working.

The front desk woman was very efficient. She answered all questions before we asked. Room was clean, location, convenient.

This hotel is clean, well kept, in a good location, with friendly staff. They have a very nice breakfast. We have stayed there three times now.

Once, my car was hit by another driver in the parking lot. That can happen in lots of places - so it's not really the hotel's fault. But they could provide more parking spaces, or larger parking spaces or cameras so that it doesn't happen to others.

Great front desk staff, clean and comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Need better black out curtains. But I like totally dark room.

How clean the entire place was, especially our room. The breakfast was always really good The entire staff was pleasant and helpful.

This was a great find at a great price! We had a very large room with two very comfortable (king sized) beds. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. The free breakfast was terrific! The staff people were all very nice. The location was great too.

My car was hit by someone in the parking lot. They did not put a note on the car or try to inform me of the situation.

Could have been cleaned a little better

Did not appreciate the rudeness from the front desk or general manager. My husband also was told after we paid to extend our stay until April 5 that they could no longer extend our stay after we had already paid

Contacted an hour after we left the property and told they were issuing a no trespassing order again my wife and I with no explanation as to why

Noise from Hwy and flightless (across street)

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, better than mine at home. The breakfast bar was good, the 1st day was OK but the rest of the Stay it was very good.

The room was very clean, house keeping was great, breakfast buffet was good and the gym was always clean and stocked with supplies. Staff were vwry friendly.

Price, quiet.

Incompetent staff, did not know how to change my room to one on another floor. And in the morning, I got locked out of my room, and another staff person could not make a key correctly.
