The service, and the rooms.

yes, I did not like the mold in the bathtub. And there's never bulbs in the lamps inside the rooms. I do not like paying and extra $50 in case you damage anything inside the room. If I just paid for the room, what make anyone think I have an extra $50.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows.

I did not like the blanket that was on the bed. I like a heavier blanket.

Cleanliness and the room set (furniture...tv..cable etc)

Is close to home. Great breakfast. Friendly people.

The temperature of the room was hot. The a/c did not work well enough. We set it for 68, when we woke up in the morning it reset itself to 77. Didn't bother to complain.

Excellent staff from greeting to departure. Perfect location for the work that I do at PAX River NAS. Clean and with very good amenities

Dog in room 2 doors away barked a lot. Although we were able to change rooms to a non pet floor, the staff at first told me no one else had complained and was slow to offer solutions, express sympathy and had to be asked to bring the new key to our room.

wifi was not easy to access bathroom shower was an issue - water came pour out of shower due to broken shower curtain rod

Yes, my first room was not completely up to par, but after reporting it they graciously switched my room. Also; did not like the surprise of me having a 50.00 damage fee held on my card.

The location was perfect for my needs overall worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in.

King size bed with 4 twin pillows terrible . Sofa bed cushions flat and dirty. No attention to detail in the cleaning of the walls and bathroom.

Clean. No problem checking in late at night (we didn't know we'd be late).

Shower head wasn't easy to switch between "speeds" (a minor concern)

Your bathrooms need a redo

Front desk clerk on check in was very pleasant.

Then cleaning schedule/rules, should be communicated in a more effective manner. The past pandemic, should not be used as an excuse to charge the same rate, but do less service.
