Cons -
- We stayed three nights. Garbage not removed, overflowing in cans, no coffee in the room, no room cleaning EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED. A truly horrible experience. We had been staying at this hotel for years, apparently new ownership. A true blemish for BW.
- Door frame allowed cold air in the room.
- The staff are rude.
