The location was ideal to The University of MD Eastern Shore

The morning manager was not accommodating at all in terms of my daughter's graduation. I sought a later check out time and she told me 1130 was the latest I could have.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great

Our room did not have a curtain it only had a shade which was not room darkening. I did let them know at checkout and they seemed surprised, so I'm sure it was just missed.

Taking son back to school and this hotel is very convenient to the school and Walmart to get his needed supplies. The breakfast is an added plus.

We have stayed here a few times, and each time is the same. Just like home. Breakfast was always hot, and good food. For coffee lovers, always plenty, and nice and fresh.

The staff was very helpful, close proximity to shopping and amusements.

Room was listed as with microwave and refrigerator, had neither. Hotel was listed as having a hot tub, was not working.

The location was very good. Employee at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and welcoming.

Our room was very nice, with only two negatives. The first one was, if the toilet handle was not held down for a long time, the toilet did not fully flush. Our room faced the Denny and Texas Roadhouse side, and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The staff were very professional. My room was very spacious.

The rooms are a little dated. The internet speed was a little slow. They charge $4.95 for faster internet ( who knows if it’s really faster).

The hotel was close to the courthouse where I had to work.

Our room did not have a fridge. The coffeepot was stored in the bathroom. We expected a suite but was told the hotel was overbooked and nothing could be done. The hallway was extremely hot. The breakfast food has declined in quality since my last stay.

Service, staff friendliness, convenient location to visit the University.

It was a beautiful hotel and well maintained. A good central location in a historic small city. A short drive to the east puts one on the Assateague Island National Seashore which has one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. To the west is Washington

I booked this hotel not knowing what to expect. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations, amazing staff, clean rooms, and best breakfast i've had at any hotel by far. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a nice hotel overall. Updated rooms, and facilities and the breakfast was good.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Nothing stood out during this stay that I was unsatisfied with.
