Holiday Inn Express Baltimore - BWI Airport NE

The staff was excellent, At the reception desk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean. The breakfast was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better stay

Advertised 24 hour airport shuttle. Didn’t have it. They said they have shuttle starting at 5:00 AM. Driver never showed. Had to take an Uber.

Way cleaner than Red Roof Plus. Prime location for easy access for food and Public Transportation. Excellect staff who was very accomodating. Rewards program that allows for reasonable late check out. Room was excellent.

Would have love to have access to the fitness area but some floors are under construction due to renovations.

My boyfriend got some type of bite marks on his skin from that hotel and I reported it and nobody did nothing about it

Person behind the desk was nice and quick room served its purpose and was aesthetically pleasing. I like it when I can just check in and out smoothly. Would recommend.

To many roaches in my room. I took pictures and showed the hotel staff. Plus I barely got any sleep because I worried about a roach crawling on me.

The false advertising of being pet friendly. The elevator was extremely sketchy, it was moving before the door even closed. I didn¿t have any hot water in the shower. My T.V didn¿t not work the entire day. It¿s smelled like a kennel with a side of hookah!

Roaches in bathroom, burn holes in bedding, no TV, coffee in lobby machine was broken. Drug deals in parking lot, staff did not understand English well. Blood on curtains.

The hotel never had any TV service for the 3 days i was there They made no attempt to call direct TV. I was told they called 2 days before my arrival. Never saw a truck. Why are we not informed about this. My reservations were non refundable

I haven¿t been to the hotel. I asked Priceline to cancel the reservation and return the money. Priceline refused to do so. Priceline is a liar

Ants in the room, common areas hot, had to re key the room 3 times in less than 24 hrs, halls smelled like marijuana, everything looked dingy and unpleasant, too expensive for the lack of effort on hotel upkeep, breakfast terrible, bugs around, no cups

The location is convenient and i had a place to sleep and shower while out of state

Elevators smelled like weed, there was no juice or breakfast at all. Landscape looked horrible

Clean it was nice clean the people was respectful staff was respectful also it was free parking everything about the hotel was nice everything was nice when you first come in see the cleaness this was my first time an I will be back

I would have to say the best thing about the whole town with the location. Not too far from the airport and plenty of options to eat and shop local to the hotel

The staff was rude, the microwave in my room was broken, the pictures and the decor did not match the hotel at all. The bed was not comfortable, the staff was not accommodating, the gym area was broken, and the hotel doesn¿t have breakfast
