Pros +
- We were here to be with spouse at UMMC. we spent most of the day at the hospital. So when we came back to freshly cleaned room, towels and beds made, that little bit of comfort was really nice. The staff were also so compassionate and expressed well wishes for my husband and myself. Truly kind. Thank you for making a tough situation a bit easier.
- The location was awesome. A great vibe and the staff was very helpful when needed.
- Closeness to Camden Yards
Cons -
- The beds were way too hard and had to ask for room to be cleaned. The last night there we had to ask for towels because our room was skipped by housekeeping.
- Pillows and beds. Ice machine broken. High price
- Not as updated as we hoped, beds were not very comfortable and rooms were muggy. All sodas in the soda machine were out of date, and nowhere else to get something to drink after 11pm.
