AC Hotel Worcester

The ambience was pretty with the fireplace in the lobby.

They charged me twice for my hotel. I was pre-booked and paid fully. When I arrived at the hotel, they charged me full price again. I explained to the manager that I was concerned about the charge on my credit card $550 fraudulent charges!!! Not rectified

Cleaness and price of the hotel.

Lack of garbage cans inside and outside. Hotel staff was good and not so good.

The people above us they was stumping jumping screaming till almost 445am we got no sleep no free stay we didn't even get are money ---$ and we got no rest no sleep and that's the reason we came here

The check-in was easy but that¿s about it

I was uncomfortable sleeping in this place. Duvet didn¿t have a duvet cover on it. I¿ve never seen that before in a hotel. How are they supposed to wash it between guests? I imagine they don¿t. This was frankly disgusting

Modern room but it is already clear that the finishings and furnishings will not stand the test of time. More of a stop-over hotel than a place you would want to spend much time in (probably the best option compared to other chains in the city center).

Excellent last minute deal and hotel!

Fire alarm went off as I was walking in to register. It was caused by a microwave at a restaurant in the same building. It was more humorous than upsetting! Fire truck came quickly.

The decor ,the emphasis on wearing face masks (signs)

No room service! Get the restaurant downstairs to do it as a courtesy 200 and night?? Uber eats and door dash GrubHub leave food in the center table front desk does not offer calling your room as a courtesy never again

Limited access, quietness, location.

Cleanliness(black mold in shower), broken toilet seat, a weeks worth of dust under a chairs. This hotel is relatively new and should be pristine.

Very Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast area was unstaffed. It was unclear what was and was not included in the room. No "Welcome" book or tab on the TV interface. I could hear my neighbor's television through the wall. It would be nice to know the cost of parking upfront.

Clean, modern and the location was good. Also safe

I didn’t like how I Booked a suite and when I got to the hotel they told me there was no suites available. It would’ve been nice for the hotel to let me know ahead of time before I arrived. Other than that the overall experience was excellent.

The location was close to his mom's. And the shower was great

The fact that it I'd a state run drug facility and they are renting to mothers with children is not ok.

Room was very clean

TV was damaged however still worked and there was no microwave oven..took 3 forevers just to get to lobby then another 2 to get parking garage..

Friendly, professional and accommodating staff Room exceeded my expectations..extremely updated, fabulous bathroom, quiet, comfortable beds. Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Also love that restaurant 110 is attached..one of my favorites!

It was clean.

The walls are too thin and the floors not insulated. We were woken up at 4:30am by a person (or toddler) above us. We had to call the front desk when it didn’t stop after 1/2 hour or more.

The hotel is pretty much brand new and has all the latest hook ups for wifi. You can even watch Netflix on the TV using your own account.

No big deal but the floor in the elevator was dirty needed to be vacuumed.

It was lovely from the lobby to the rooms. Great location and the 101 Grill next door delivered as well in service and food.
