Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester

Location

The beds and the pillows aren't fluffy. The water smells like poop. Thin walls. Could hear the person above me.

It was clean and check in was easy.

It was noisy at night with people partying and dogs barking.

They checked on us several times during our stay

The check in clerk was rude , we paid for 2 nights for parking and when we came back no parking spots available

Cleanliness throughout. Coffee bar available all day.

Lack of restaurants nearby.

Friendly and capable personnel. Patient and attentive during check-in.

Parking was tight and full. Had to park in the Marriott parking lot.

The balconies facing the hotel from the other hotel. There were loud teenagers screaming for over an hour next door. Balconies should be facing away from our rooms.

Comfortable

Hot water issues. Placement of microwave oven.

6:00 AM Breakfast

Check in was a nightmare, Looked like bed sheets had not been changed

So pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Updated lobby and room. Comfortable bed. Large room. Beautiful bathroom. Most reasonably priced for the area and breakfast included. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked and attended to despite being crowded.

No room darkening curtains. Sun shone directly into room in morning.

Location was excellent relative to my family's house.

Many stations could not be seen including the network stations (abc, etc.) Hotel was in negotiation with cable provider and I was unable to see certain shows I was interested in.

The staff & the location.

Was disappointed in my room. The bathroom door didn't open easily ( floor wasn't level?) and it had to be pushed. Bathroom sink had no hot water - it was cold on the left & nearly ice on the right. Tub didn't drain well.

Loved the larger room (we had a handicapped room). It was clean and comfortable.

Parking here can be a little challenging and there is an extra charge of $15 to park in their lot.

Housekeeping crew was great.

Front desk managers not helpful. Site says free parking, but it is not.

Stayed in 7 different hotels on our vacation to the north east part of United States, this hotel was the nicest and the cheapest of them all.

Arrived late at night and helped us with the check in very politely and made us very satisfied.

The other staff never had any smiles on their faces looking like they are not happy working there and dealing with the customers

Rooms were not really cleaned well. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when we checked in.

Modern and well kept up. Nice amenities.

Mattress was hard as a rock and pillows were thin and floppy.

By far the best hotel experience i have ever had. The day manager is a lifesaver, and bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. Amazing is the only way to describe my stays here. I never go anywhere else now when I'm working in Worcester.

The room was clean.

There was no spaces in the parking lot. I had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. The cleaning staff also knocked on my door two hours before the checkout time and woke me up. I will not be booking this hotel in the future.

The day hotel Manager, is amazing. He always manages to get me early check in, and late check out(I work nights, 7p-7a)
