The Beechwood Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. We loved the ambiance, outdoor patio, and the restaurant. It was a very relaxing stay.

Rooms were very nice and the location worked perfectly for my purposes.

I choose hotels for onsite meals. The restaurant was horribly overpriced.

The staff were terrific.

The "no smoking room" smelled of smoke....they shouldn't have rented it until it was thoroughly cleaned and the smoke smell was eliminated.

Breakfast is not worth the price charged. left a lot to be desired...no eggs, ham or cheese!

The staff was very accommodating. The room was a little smaller than expected, but very clean and well kept.

They advertise and charge rates for a hotel with a restaurant and a bar. This is the second time that I've stayed there. Last time, neither the restaurant nor the bar was open. This time the restaurant was open only for breakfast, (and no eggs!)

There was extremely loud playing from an event in the basement level. I could clearly hear the music and feel the vibration in my second floor room. The desk person was useless in addressing my problem. I will never use this overpriced hotel again.

Good location - I can walk to the hospital and medical campus even though they no longer provide free shuttles (but still advertise it on their website). Good restaurant.

Very slow toilet! (The toilets by the conference room are very slow too! There may be systematic plumbing problems) An insect was crawling in the bathroom. The hotel updated their website but did not update that they NO LONGER offer free shuttles.

The view,no pools,no ice machines,dirty bathrobes and a restaurant that serves overpriced underseasoned food

Staff was very nice. Sonoma restaurant was amazing, brought up a happy birthday cheesecake for my mom & overall went the extra mile!

Shower was not so clean, you could see streaks on the mirrors.

Good location, nice staff, easy access to Worcester.

We thought the drinks and snacks were provided for free, but were bummed to find out the inflated pricing on each item.

Air conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool on a very hot night

This hotel had wonderfully accessible rooms including a roll in shower.

The restaurant prices were outrageous! The staff was obviously not trained properly as they were not familiar with many menu items

It was beautiful and well set up. I loved the details in the room. It was close to DCU Center and we were in town for a show.

I had to wait a long time to check in because the person wasn't at the desk. Then, when I tried to eat breakfast at Sonoma, there was no one to help us because she was running around helping the other tables. We didn't stay for breakfast. It just felt as though they were short staffed all around.

I loved everything ❤️ the place was super clean and very comfortable.

I just didn't like how one of the neighbors kept knocking on our wall just because they didn't like that we were portugese and had portugese music on, after banging on the wall a few times a young girl that was probably 14 came knocking on our door telling me to lower our music I told her I was not going to lower it because it was 11am and it was already low and she said yea but we can hear it and I told her if they had a problem to call down stairs and complain since the music was low and it was not early it was 11am ,she just stared at me and I closed the door. never again they complained but other then that everything was amazing loved the room, small but very comfortable and cleaned.

Location was decent. Only ten minutes away from the DCU center where my son and I were attending a convention. Staff was amazing. Room was nicer than I expected. Spacious. Clean. Comfy.

WiFi was not great. Walls a tad thin.
