It was clean, quiet and close to DCU Center. Staff was very nice and helpful

I wish there was a vending machine and microwave in room.

They not professional about the so called complimentary breakfast. They rationing food as if we were in jail. There were too many people in the facility. It was an embarrassing situation for me. I will NEVER go back there.

Location was good and parking was very good.

The elevator and the hallways were not air conditioned. They were warm and the hallway had an odor. The room was okay. The bathroom needed an updating - the ceiling had been painted, but the wallpaper was now messed up and the grouting was messy.

I booked for two queen beds room but was giving a king bed room I had my wife and two kids. This was a bad experience for me

Parking, convenience, clean place

Very bad area , they ration the breakfast and barely had anything left at 845am said they ran out, would not stay here again

The location

Could not get the TV to work. The person on duty at the front wrote me instructions on possible solutions. I had to figure it out for myself. Someone should have checked it to be sure it was operational before assigning it. The breakfast was terrible.

Rude staff, no accommodation with regard to early check in, to add a day. Extremely snippy when asked the aforementioned.

The proximity to the Worcester palladium was the main attraction for this hotel. And added bonus was the cleanliness and quality of the room.

Clean, well run, nothing broken

Not very clean. We booked 2 beds were given a room with one bed. Luckily this was for sisters but still. Not what we paid for

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The concierge  is very attentive. I'm in a wheelchair and so I require a little bit of extra attention. The housekeeping staff were awesome. Virtudes really takes pride in her job.

Phone wasnt working in room but the onsite tech went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It was an issue with the service line. I have a cell phone so it really didn't affect me.

Nice staff...clean room..walking distance to Downtown and Union Station. Good Breakfast selection.

Breakfast attendant..woman..left out tip.bowl.tacky...also closed herself into a room/office so guests could not tell her when they needed something.she was pleasantthough

Proxicmity to the highway.

This hotel appeared to be functioning as a homeless shelter. The women behind the desk was not at all welcoming during the check in. The bathroom had black marks on the grout. The commode was about 24 inches off the floor. The bed covers were stained.....

Very clean and no smoke smell. Staff very nice and profesional.

I don¿t have any complaint.

It has a pretty central location to downtown Worcester. There is free parking and free wifi. There is a free breakfast with mostly animal products.

This hotel is in major need of an upgrade! It is not up to date in terms of paint, heating/cooling, doors etc. it looked shabby, especially in the bathroom.

The staff was rude. We arrived a little before check in time and the woman at the desk would not even look to see if our room was ready. This is something that every other hotel has done for us if we were early. No water in vending machines either.

It was convenient to the DCU center.

They would let you check until exactly 3 so by then there was a long line of people waiting to check in and one guy working the desk. They said breakfast went til 11. I got up at 9:30 and the food was gone and the staff was cleaning up.

Access Area to Highway

I work in the hospital And stayed because the far commute I had . Paper Walls was pill off. Weed smell since you arrived. My room stunk cigarette. Parking was not ploud and after double shift I got stock in the entrance, parking spots no plowed neither.
