Pros +
- the Innkeeper was very sweet and the greatest host. Delicious homemade zucchini bread. The Inn was spotless.
- Hotel employee was a friendly & accommodating host. The room was lovely with a cozy bed. My breakfast was made to order before 7am & I enjoyed eating on the front porch as the sun rose. Free off street parking!
- The beds are very comfortable. Also love the bathrooms and A.Cwe
Cons -
- Traffic/location
- Love everything about it only thing I would do is have a iron board and iron in each room.
- It's in an urban, residential neighborhood, so its parking lot is tiny, and there is no sign visible from the street to identify it as a hotel - perhaps a requirement of the neighborhood.

It's in an old house, well maintained but retaining its character. A big improvement over the generic architecture of most hotels.

Friendly and accommodating owners.
The overall feeling was welcoming, comfortable, and safety minded.
Our room did not have an adjoining bath. (Private) Bathroom was in common hall.
Clean and efficient. Terrific breakfast.
You can't find anywhere better than Vida. Impeccable. Breakfast's amazing/delicious. Care/thought right down to the smallest details. Gus makes you feel welcome/at home/like family. That's Vida-that feeling/experience of warmth/love/family/home..
